1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
– The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused and in original condition.
– Products must include original packaging and all included accessories.
– Products must not have damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Comfort Loungewear & Activewear Set that has been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise affected in a way that impacts product condition or secondary resale value cannot be returned.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
For quality issues, defective products, or incorrect items received, return shipping costs will be covered.
For non-quality-related returns, including personal preference, incorrect purchase decisions, or unwanted items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
